- Seperating "text" from "data" is not right. (It's right for them of course, cause that can bilk ridiculous charges of texts which are not a lot of data at all).

- The iPhone does record video Out of the box? Yes. The iPhone 3GS records video straight out of the box. Previous versions did not. Though it will never be as good as a stand alone camera, I don't think it's even 1/3 as good as many stand alones on the market.

- Verizon spurred Iphones original offer, Apple doesn't forget. There's no reason for them to go to Verizon when Verizon won't give them the deal they want.

- Verizon is gearing up for launch of its 4G technology, called Long Term Evolution, or LTE. Why launch an “old” phone on old technology when it could wait to roll out a 4G iPhone on a 4G network, giving AT&T users a reason to jump ship.

- Compare the market share. Hackers know mac's have a much much much much smaller market than MS and will spend their efforts where it makes sense. If more people moved to Macs more virus will arrive.

Rules for Retail Customers

Customers are often guilty of absolutely reprehensible behavior. Since these people often appear to be otherwise decent human beings, I can only assume that such actions are a result of ignorance. Consequently, I offer these rules to shoppers.
